TazSuite
Six products · One record

Every tool your organization runs on. One suite.

Ticketing, fundraising, forms, scheduling, store, and CRM — built to share one contact record, so the family that registered in March is the same family you email in February.

Start with one product · Add the next when your season calls for it

One contact record

Six products, one family at the center.

Every registration, ticket, donation, order, and email lands on the same record — so each product already knows who you're talking to.

Why a suite

Six products. Not six spreadsheets.

Separate tools mean separate lists — and someone on your team spending every Monday reconciling them. The suite is built so that never becomes a job.

How the pieces connect

One contact record

A registrant, a ticket buyer, a donor, and a shopper are the same person — and every product knows it. No imports, no sync jobs, no duplicates to merge.

One sign-in

Staff and volunteers use one account across every product your organization runs.

Your money, your account

Ticket sales and registrations pay into your organization's own merchant account.

Start with one

Each product stands on its own. Add the next when the season calls for it — the record is already waiting.

One family, one year

Nobody types Jordan's name twice

Follow one parent through a season at a youth club. Six products touch the family — and every one of them already knows who they are.

  1. TazForm · March

Jordan registers two kids for spring season

One checkout, a sibling discount, and two signed waivers. Jordan is now a contact.

  2. TazSchedule · April

Both teams land on the tournament schedule

The director imports registered teams instead of retyping them, and clears every court conflict.

  3. TazTix · May

    Grandparents buy spectator passes

Sold by the club itself, with the fees shown before checkout. They become contacts too.

  4. TazCart · May

Team hoodies, picked up at the gate

Merch tied to the event, ready at the entrance on game day.

  5. TazFund · September

The fall raffle hits its goal

Each player shares their own page, and every ticket sold is credited to them.

  6. TazCRM · February

    Next season fills itself

One audience — everyone who registered, bought, or gave — and the cost of the send is on screen before it goes.

Questions

What people ask about the suite

Do I have to buy the whole suite?

No. Every product stands on its own with its own site and its own plans. Most organizations start with the one they need this season and add the next when it comes up — the shared contact record is there either way.

What does "one contact record" actually mean?

Every product writes to the same customer record. Someone who registers on TazForm, buys a ticket on TazTix, and donates on TazFund is one person in TazCRM, not three rows to merge. There is no import and no sync job to babysit.

Is there one login?

Yes. The products share one sign-in, so your staff and volunteers use the same account across every product your organization runs.

Where does the money go?

Ticket sales and registration payments go to your organization's own merchant account, not into a marketplace balance you have to wait on. Each product's pricing page lists exactly what it charges.

How does Tixoola fit in?

Tixoola is the event operations platform the suite is built on — events, box office, and door scanning, including the Tixoola Box Office app. TazTix lists public Tixoola events, and every Taz product shares Tixoola's customer records.
